How SMS opt-in works

1. Who can receive SMS
Only paying subscribers of the SMS + Discord plan ($79/month via Stripe on our website). There is no keyword (text-to-join) opt-in. We do not send marketing texts to non-subscribers.
2. Opt-in steps (website + written consent)
- On https://0dteconfluence.com/#subscribe, the customer selects SMS + Discord and completes Stripe checkout. Below the subscribe buttons, the site states: agreement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that message and data rates may apply for the SMS tier.

That page instructs the customer to email support with their mobile number and written consent. - The customer emails support@0dteconfluence.com from their checkout email with their US mobile number and this consent sentence (required):

We verify the email matches an active Stripe SMS-tier subscription before adding the number. We do not add numbers without this written consent and a verified subscription.
3. What subscribers receive
- Content: Educational SPY 0DTE A+ setup alerts during the US market entry window only — not auto-trading, not personalized investment advice.
- Frequency: Varies with market conditions; often zero to a few messages per trading day. Many days have no SMS.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier fees are billed by the mobile carrier.

4. Opt-out and help
- STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS. We remove the number promptly.
- HELP: Reply HELP or email support@0dteconfluence.com.
- Billing: Cancel the Stripe subscription via the Customer Portal; reply STOP or email us to stop texts.
5. Privacy — mobile numbers
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver SMS alerts the subscriber opted into. We share numbers only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as necessary to transmit messages. See our full Privacy Policy.
